Rapid Withdrawal from Unhealthy Competition: Actively exited low-value projects in the domestic market characterized by severe involution, disregard for technology and brand, and sole focus on price (e.g., large projects with small companies, small projects with large companies, and non-competitive bidding projects). The company abandoned "suicidal, loss-making projects" that caused three-party losses, freeing resources to focus on high-quality clients and premium projects domestically and internationally.
Steady Growth in Domestic High-End Market: Focused on high-automation, informatized, and intelligent projects with major domestic enterprises, prioritizing projects leveraging TIMS ’s unicorn technologies and those capable of disrupting and leading the industry.
Aggressive Overseas Expansion: Engaged in in-depth discussions with top 3 global enterprises in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America for automated, intelligent turnkey projects. Leveraged the company’s premium brand reputation, disruptive technologies, and industry alliances ("strong-strong collaboration") to provide integrated smart factory solutions, with new enameling technologies applied for the first time in overseas projects.
02. Order Execution
Signed a contract for the industry’s third automated, flexible enameling line for mixed production of dual-tank water heater liners, achieving historical compatibility for single-tank, dual-tank, and air-source heat pump liners without equipment changeovers.
II. Technical R&D and Achievements
In Q2 2023, TIMS continued its "Three-Generation Technology Lead" R&D philosophy:
01.Mixed-Production Robot Gripper: Developed a universal robot gripper for automatic cleaning and enameling of small kitchen water heater liners, enabling flexible production of macaron-shaped, oval, and round liners without changeovers.
02.Upgraded Wet Enameling Spray Gun: Successfully developed the 2.0 version of the small-diameter wet enameling spray gun (patent: ZL 202110131845.4), covering liners with openings ≥38mm (vs. ≥75mm in 1.0 version), now in manufacturing and testing phases.
03.Pre-Treatment Process Optimization: Completed optimization of the automatic cleaning (formerly pickling) process, entering mass verification. Expected to reduce wastewater discharge by 30% through recycled water, advancing green manufacturing.
04.Disruptive Pre-Treatment R&D: Initiated design of a visual, automated, mixed-production pre-treatment system to replace traditional equipment, enabling flexible production.
05.Industry-First Energy-Saving Program for Gas Enameling Furnaces: Developed a program to optimize energy consumption (gas/electricity) through air-fuel ratio control and real-time monitoring of hourly/shift/unit energy costs, with data input for local utility rates.

IV. Equipment Shipment and Commissioning
01. Indonesia Honda Project Shipment
Phase I of the Indonesia Honda coating line oven and cooling equipment (15 containers) was shipped on June 15, with Phase II under production.
02. Energy-Saving Debugging at Zhengzhou Haier
TIMS’s gas enameling furnace energy-saving program was implemented at Zhengzhou Haier in May, achieving real-time monitoring of energy costs and a significant reduction in gas consumption through parameter optimization.
03. Mass Production of Galanz Enameling Line
After trial production and optimization, the Galanz automatic water heater liner enameling line entered mass production in June with excellent results.
04. Commissioning of Second Dual-Tank Enameling Line
The second dual-tank water heater enameling line was commissioned in May after two months of construction, following the first line’s launch at the end of 2022.
V. Industrial Park Development
01. Dongguan TIMS Smart Equipment Industrial Park: Workshop 4 Construction
Initiated construction of Workshop 4 in Q2 to address increased storage demand from export orders.
02. Hubei TIMS Advanced Technology Industrial Park: Certification Completion
The 100,000 m² Hubei park (60,000 m² construction area) completed real estate certification for Phase I and II workshops in June, with capacity expansion of Workshop 4 planned for 2023.
VI. ISO Audit Completion
TIMS successfully passed the ISO 2023 annual audit on May 24–25, reinforcing quality management, customer satisfaction, and international competitiveness for sustained growth.
